Do you ship products to all cities of India?

Yes, we provide PAN India delivery.

Do you ship outside India?

At the moment we are not available outside India. But soon we would be available across the globe.

What is the estimated time for shopping?

We work hard to deliver your items without damage. Orders can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receiving the parcel, providing they are in original resalable condition.

What are the delivery charges?

Shipping fee of Rs. 40 is charged on orders up to Rs. 249 within city limits. For orders above Rs. 249, there are no delivery charges.

How long will the delivery take?

It takes 3-4 days at an average to satisfy a particular order.(Depending on the nature and quantity of products as well as cancellations received, if any)

How can I track my order?

To know the status of your item real time, just tap on the tracking link in the email sent to you. Alternatively, you can also login to babajadhav.com and visit the ‘Order Tracking’ section to know your order status.

Will all the products be shipped out together?

If you place the order for all the products together, then they will be shipped together. If you place order separately for different products, then they will be shipped separately.

Will I have to be personally present to receive my order?

The experience with Baba Jadhav would be holistic if you receive the order yourself. In case you are not present, the parcel will be delivered to the person available and this may be confirmed on call with you by our delivery executive. For security and validation, the signature of the receiver will be taken at the time of delivery.

What should I do if I miss my delivery?

Can I change my delivery address or mobile number once the order has been placed?

Once you place the order our distributing channels start escalating the same. It is recommended to carefully fill and confirm your address and mobile number before placing the order.

Why is the Cash on Delivery (COD) option not offered in my location?

At the moment we do not offer Cash on Delivery services due to logistic mapping. Once it is started you will see an update on our website. Inconvenience is regretted.
